The Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Acquisition of clients from open market, fresh data collection from various sources of customers interested in Home Loan, LAP, HL BT.
- Business Development with Real Estate Developers and staff, CA's, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers, etc
- Ensure does weekly events in Residential Areas, Commercial complexes for fresh lead generation
- Collect loan documents from customer and login files in the bank/NBFC
- Maintain good relations with customers and bankers
- Ensure disbursement and cheque release
- 90% login should get sanctioned
- 80% sanctions should get disbursed
