Job Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and sign up real estate brokers to become part of the HL CP program.
- Execute a robust onboarding process, guiding brokers through program benefits and usage.
- Foster strong relationships with CPs, ensuring seamless coordination in lead transfer.
- Regularly engage with brokers to maintain their active involvement in the program.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of 80-100 brokers on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements :
3-5 years of B2b Sales experience
- Graduate.
- Multilingual skills.
