Designation: Assistant Manager - Customer Delight

Location: Mahim ( 5 mins walking distance)

Experience Required: 3 - 8 yrs

Salary: up to 3L pa

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

5 days working

Strong customer centric approach

Direct feedback interaction with customer for feedback.

Coordinating with customer pre/on and post-holiday utilization

Resolving the customer grievance immediately in coordination with respective department

Should have out of box thinking for new Ideas and thought process

Preferred from Hotel-Front office background
