Magic Crate - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Our requirement :
- Business development executive role will involve talking to our existing customers, explaining our products in detail, handling objections & fixing the demo closed over the phone call.
- The Business Development Executive will be working with our existing outbound inside sales team to promote and improve our business.
- Excellent communication skills are preferred, Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
- Should be a self driven, energetic and target oriented person
- Should have the strong ability to pitch the exact details of our product and convince customers
- Should identify the needs of the customer while interacting over the phone call to clarify their doubts
- Should be able to solve the customer complaints by providing logical solutions to retain them
- Should be open to learn, accept and share the prompt feedback with our internal business and management teams, adaptability also be considered
- We expect you to give 4 demo sessions daily out of 70-80 connected calls. You will be provided with high-quality leads. We are based out of Chennai & Bangalore. The role will be remote and it's a permanent work from home option.
- We are open to hire presales executives, lead generation executives, AR callers and telesales executives from insurance industry.
