International Sales Executive


Responsibilities :

1. Managing end to end sales backend activities: Lead generation, processing of order, dispatch of products, follow up with customers regarding receipt of orders and collection of payment

2. Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities like all kinds of documentation

3. Making Inbound/outbound sales calls internationally, & market researching (competitor analysis, searching export sales data on various platforms)

4. Handling all customer accounts - client interactions & their queries related to our business & product segments, building rapport & generate business from these accounts

5. Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information

6. Respond to Online enquiries through India Mart and company's website

7. Follow up with client for timely receipt of order in good condition.

8. Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies

9. Take order follow-ups with the production team

10. Does sales order- tracking delivery and maintain MIS & other reports for the sales department

11. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

12. Collaborate with other department teams to achieve individual and organizational goals
