Madhu Infotech - Executive - Tele-Marketing (1-5 yrs)
We are searching for an accountable telemarketing executive. The Telemarketing Executive will be required to assign shifts, set regular goals, and delegate work. You should also tend to escalate queries and concerns.
1. Creating achievable sales goals that grow progressively larger over time.
2. Informing staff of individual and overall sales targets to promote accountability within the team.
3. Assigning shifts in accordance with the target market's availability.
4. Updating customers' details on our database, and then sharing this information with staff.
5. Tending to highly technical or serious questions and complaints.
6. Promoting company Products
7. Visiting clients.
8. Training new hires and monitoring current staff to ensure consistency in performance.
9. Freeing the workplace from noise and other interruptions that could distract staff and clients.
10. Performing regular checks on telephone connections to ensure that these work perfectly.
11. Reporting on salient achievements and impediments.
12. Completion of a marketing-related training program is ideal.
1. Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry.
2. Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion.
3. Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
4. Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
6. Top-notch leadership, mentorship, and capacity development abilities.
7. Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.
