Key Responsibility Areas (Roles & Responsibilities)

- Publications- Sales, Marketing and Account Handling:

- Implement national marketing and sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Agreements and Incentive plans finalization of the various account holders.

- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current policies in sync with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Organizing Marketing Events, Seminars, Book Fairs for the company.

- Ensure Payment receipts as per the Credit Period of the trade partners.

- Client Satisfaction.

- Operations:

Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel.

- Gather, analyze and validate sales projection data.

- Review promotional plans with sales.

- Recommend adjustments for operational forecasts.

- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Logistics Planning and Implementation - including vendor finalization.

- E- commerce Management:

- Designed and executed the E- commerce website of Publications including the complete ordering to delivery cycle.

- Accounts management on all online E-commerce platforms including the designing and implementing of brand promotion campaigns.

- Launch and promotion of E- books on platforms like Kindle.com, Magzter.com, Readwhere.com

- ERP and customized software designing and implementation for the Publications vertical, Marketing, Production and Logistics verticals

- CRM of the marketing activities

Skills/ Behavior

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience of Publications division sales & operations.

- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

- Eagerness to explore and grow in the field of Marketing

- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Candidate should have excellent inter-personal, networking, communication and presentation skills

- Candidate should be a go-getter and believes in achieving the results

- Warm, friendly personality, sensitive to the needs of others
