The Business Development Manager is responsible for helping the organization grow its portfolio, while still maintaining relations with our existing client base.

Job Description

- Conduct in-depth market research and provide a detailed report for prospective clients.

- Stay up to date with current industry trends

- Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, social media and more

- Arrange initial meetings with the clients to understand their respective creative requirements

- Brief the internal creative teams about these requirements and work cohesively in the process of pitch development

- Prepare meeting reports, proposals, and other required administrative materials

- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients by implementing the standard processes

- Work with the Account Managers and handle potential first and second level client escalations and bring a meaningful conclusion to the issues at hand

Must Have :

- 3+ years of professional experience in managing and growing client accounts

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a digital/creative advertising agency

- Hands on experience in directly managing and furthering client relations

Skills & Qualifications :

- Exceptional client management, interpersonal, and networking skills

- Ability to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights smart digital solutions

- Extensive knowledge of deck generation and exceptional presentation skills

- Strong collaboration and cooperation skills to work well with different teams within the agency.

- Sound business acumen, coherent negotiation skills, and effective communication skills

- Experience in working towards meeting revenue targets
