We are looking for someone who can lead our Creative Content Team. Here's what we ask of candidates:
- Lead the creative content team and supervise the work they produce
- Dedicate about 40% of their time to reviewing the team's work and 60% to creating content
- Produce fantastic content for social media, websites, emailers, banners, videos etc
- Ideate and define the (digital) content strategy for brands. This is not just limited to social media, but any online presence of a brand
- Ideate and execute digitally lead campaigns for brands
- Work with the Design Team and help bring ideas to life
- Have the ability to zoom out and strategically look at the digital presence of a brand and direct the agency towards producing content that will help build the brand
Ideal Candidate :
- 4 - 8 years of experience in a Creative Agency (preferably Digital)
- Experience in working with B2C as well as B2B clients
- Deep understanding of the Social Media landscape (like what's the latest Instagram feature to what's the new social media trend that's going viral)
- Very strong Copywriting Skills
- Someone with prior people management experience
- Having a sense of humor would really help!
