Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of relevant experience who are passionate about driving growth and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
This role would be a part of the sales function for PAN India clients. He/she should drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO
1. Generate and convert the leads received through various marketing channels.
2. Preparing short and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
3. Consistently achieve revenue targets.
4. Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
5. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
