Machine Pulse - Associate Business Development Manager (1-3 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Know, analyze, and formalize the market data within the area of responsibility (key customers and stakeholders, potential customers, the links among them).

- Work with the MachinePulse BD team to engage customers across the Norther Region

- Maintain and expand a database of prospects via a CRM tool

- Frequently visit customers and business partners to cultivate relationships to maintain the existing business and to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline

- Learn deliver professional sales demos/presentations, both in-person and virtually, demonstrating our value proposition before the client.

- Report all market information (customer visits, competition actions, relationships with distributors).

- Contribute toward

- Accurately interpret client's technical specification (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs etc.) and timely deliver detailed engineering proposals for the company's complete range of products and services.

- Write high quality technical and commercial documents and reports and present them to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate contract negotiation and work with key support personnel as required.

- Shoulder responsibility for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to support our marketing and business objectives

Job requirements :

- Bachelors in Engineering from Tier I universities/colleges (MBA is a plus)

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in successfully selling a SaaS solution.

- Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation and ability to close.

- Renewable Energy Industry knowledge would be plus

- Passionate about Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

- Energetic, extroverted, street-smart personality and a go-getter attitude ready to take initiative

- Willingness to travel as per business requirement
