Job Title : Business Development Executive

Job Description : As a Business Development Executive at Lyshra Indian Shopping Network, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform. Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage potential sellers and vendors, understanding their needs and introducing them to the benefits of partnering with Lyshra.


- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential business opportunities, and target segments.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for seller acquisition and retention.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers, providing support, addressing concerns, and maximizing their satisfaction.


- Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and seller requirements.


- Monitor and analyze seller performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their success on the platform.


- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to enhance Lyshra's competitive positioning.


- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.


Requirements :

- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.


- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships.


- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.


- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective solutions.


- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Familiarity with e-commerce dynamics, seller acquisition, and retention strategies is a plus.
