Lynkit - Executive - Customer Service (2-8 yrs)

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking a customer service representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and making outgoing calls to provide the products information to the Customers/Clients.

- Generate sales leads

- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required Candidate profile :

- Minimum 2-5 Years Proven work experience required as customer care executive.

- Excellent communication skills and active listening to resolve the customer queries.

- Proactive way of working and Team Player.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Good in MS Office & Presentation Skills.
