Job Description :

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We- re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we- re looking for an individual who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. A candidate must be fluent in IT, customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. He/she should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse team in an evolving IT industry landscape. Eligible applicants should also be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Primary job is to sell business application solutions and related products/services to prospective and existing customers

- Identify new sales leads and pitch products and/or services. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations and nurture customer relationships into high-value engagements

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure

- Create and maintain acquisition strategies. Develop and execute the action plan for growth in revenue & profitability in existing accounts

- Capture customer challenges & requirements, and map it to Lumiq solution offerings

- Demonstrate the ability to achieve defined targets in the assigned territory

- Develop solution & commercial proposals encompassing all aspects of the application/use case

- Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well as suggesting feasible solutions to their needs

Preferred Knowledge And Experience : 

- 2-4 years of sales experience with fluency in IT, software product and/or services

- Prior experience of driving business in Analytics - Big Data technology. AI/ML preferred but not mandatory

- Good with numbers, including excellent communication, convincing and client servicing skills

- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- An absolute go-getter with a hunter mindset, sense of urgency and never-say-die attitude

Qualification:

- MBA from premium institute preferred
