Roles and Responsibility :
- Market analysis of the type of business and suggesting techniques to achieve significant growth and competitive advantage
- Analyzing the business data on MS Excel effectively. Using the Data Analysis skills and driving strategies based on data and research.
- Customer support or sales experience.
- Work on content creation and design for website and all our company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies.
- Research, create and edit content for various digital platforms aimed at both internal and external audiences.
- Manage existing content, including making timely updates and archiving what's no longer needed.
- Create detailed proposals and client pitches in collaboration with the technical team.
- Perform competitor benchmarking, monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and capitalize the gathered information for rolling out updated content pieces.
- Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics and provide valuable insights.
- Audit and improve technical articles and blogs to enhance readability, grammatical accuracy, and data presentation.
Expected Competencies
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially designing presentations and basic graphics in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, fundamental data analysis in Excel (Excel Macros and VBA Macros is an added advantage)
- Data Analysis skills and driving strategies based on data and research.
- Creating new and unique marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase traction
- Growth hacking techniques
- Hands-on experience with all types of marketing activities like, SEO, SEM, SMM, Market
