- Achieve set targets on a month on month basis, delivery of volumes, IRR, Fee
- Ensure that channel partners cross sell as above
- Maintain effective relationship with channel partners
- Conduct business in a manner to maintain operational, process and regulatory compliance and also ensure quality is maintained
- Build & maintain relationship with the prospective client
- Maintain high levels of service quality in the location; provide solutions in case of customer query
