Responsibilities and Duties ;

- Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly, Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

- Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of clients in various industries.

- Compile performances report using platforms like Google Analytics Contribute to the company's blog for on-page and off-page optimization.

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Create, Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.

- Promote company's product and services in the digital space.

- Execute social media efforts to improve visibility and popularity via likes, shares, tweets, etc.

- Design and execute SMS and email-based marketing campaigns.

- Leverage the Digital Marketing team to run campaigns and achieve desired results

- Ensure maximum productivity by maintaining optimum staffing levels at all times

- Delegate and manage performance to achieve all key KPIs for the Digital marketing team

Skills :

- Proven experience leading a Digital Marketing team Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

- Candidate who can speak Spanish and English are preferred

- Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

- Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience : 5+ years running Digital Marketing Campaigns

Shift Model : Candidates should be available for the scheduled shift in PST timings (Open for Night Shifts).

- A proper and quiet work place with all necessary infrastructure is mandatory (Laptop, Headset, Desk, Chair & Power Back up)

Bandwidth Needs :

- Candidates should have a primary broadband connection with minimum of 50Mbps and a secondary connection which will serve as a back up, company will reimburse the amount incurred towards the broadband installation & monthly data charges borne by the employees, based on the submission of Invoice/receipt to accounts department for both primary & secondary connection.
