We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate division for the position of Consumer Advisory Executive. In this Consumer Advisory role, you will be handling consumer complaints, answering live calls / e-mails / SMS / other medium. Appropriate updates in the existing CRM systems & other format. Liaise with Marketing, HO and Regional Sales, Training team and Factory. Data Analysis.

You should have At least 2 - 4 years in a call centre experience preferably in FMCG. The location of the job will be in HO - Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Consumer Satisfaction with healthy TATS

- Participating in all team projects

- Admin tasks when assigned

Key Deliverables :

- Complaint handling

- Answering live calls / e-mails / SMS / other medium

- Appropriate updates in the existing CRM systems and other formats

- Liaise with Marketing, HO and Regional Sales, Training team and Factory

- Data analysis

Key Competencies :

- Excellent Communication Skills - Written & Verbal, Soft Spoken, Patient & Alert. With expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Key Relationships :

Consumers. Marketing, Sales, Dermo-consultant, Regulatory, Training, Courier, Accounts, Factory, Admin

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel) : NA

Education : Graduate with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
