Job Purpose : (Role)
1. Attend Incoming calls of customer, understand their requirement and provide them the best solution solar energy system in their budget.
2. Respond to customer on email/chat by understanding their requirement and keep long follow up with them to convert prospectus into a sales
3. Educate to customer about solar energy and its benefits to install at home.
4. Goal: Follow SOP and Achieve sales target of company.
