Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and manage productive, professional long term relationship with clients.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company,
- Responsible for retention of clients.
- Responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Client Relationship
- Managers/CRMs.
- Train retain and motivate team members.
- Responsible for team members reporting on daily weekly monthly basis.
- Responsible for reporting daily weekly and monthly performance to Branch Head.
- Formulate team members development plan and ensure fulfilment of their training needs.
Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Great leadership skills and Team-management.
- Customer focus and result oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
