- We are looking for a highly motivated individual for our fast growing Software Development Company I.e based in Noida. Who will work as a Business Development Partner to acquire/partnering clients/business for our software development solutions like Mobile Apps, Web application, Web Designing and Dedicated resources. This is a result oriented leadership role in terms of Business expansion & Revenue Growth.

- You will need to have a strong sales background with the ability to work with C level personnel as well as the perseverance to build key relationships and strong negotiation skills with the ability to close the sale. Also, you should have strong analytical skills to work on business cases and submit commercial proposals.

What do you need to have :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven experience and excellent track record in business development for medium and large size projects.

- Proven track record in business development.

- Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently.

- Proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, Requirement Gathering.

- Self starter and self motivated individual.

- Open to travel as and when required.

- Good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

What you need to do :

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities in International market.

- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and setup effective account management.

- Manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including estimation, proposal, follow-up and closing.

- Accountable to meet quarterly/yearly sales target.

- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.

- Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality.

- Generating and submitting the required business reports to top management.
