Locus is a high-engineering R&D startup in the field of logistics, founded by an IIT & BITS alumnus. Last half-decade in the form of e-commerce was around the creation of consumer demand, and now we need sophisticated enterprise backend systems to full fill that. Transportation & Logistics is undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation, where every aspect is getting automated & tracked. Logistics industry today is where Aviation was in the 70s, Computing in 80s, Internet in 90s & Mobile in 2000.

Locus is fortunate to be in the right place at the right time, to make a 10x change, over an incremental difference, and now have the human & financial resources to carry out our vision. Our engineering is led by ex-AWS platform engineers, data science by PhDs from TIFR. Sales are managed by our own angel investor, who has joined the team full time, and account management by ex-Obama's campaign manager for Google.

We are no adventure sports enthusiasts but are engineers who multitask with operations, sales and most importantly solve tough problems. Ensuring happiness for our customers and making those transactions go through Locus platform gives us the kick.

Your awesome relational skills coupled with the zeal to champion our customers is what we are looking for. We believe, an engineer and an operations expert will be a perfect combination for our Customer Success Team.

Experience required :

Must Haves :

- Prior account management experience for SaaS/Cloud solutions/Enterprise IT Sales/Telecom Software sales

- Prior experience in a recognised IT company

Preferred :

- Prior experience in international enterprise sales

- Educational background from a top tier college
