1. Hire, train and manage a team of Area Sales Leads in your assigned state.
2. Lead the team to achieve team targets in terms of units sold and revenue.
3. Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads for the team.
4. Ensure that the team covers the assigned market.
5. Monitor Zoho CRM and ensure that all calls, leads are registered and addressed on the platform.
6. Make BD Calls in the market and generate revenue individually.
