Job Requirements :
- Must be from a Village/nearby area as he has to cover part of his own tehsil.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in as BDE - Sales
- Ensuring Coverage of every single village in his Tehsil/Area atleast once a month.
- This Job Requires the BDE to go and talk to the Dairy/Cattle Farmers and onboard there cattle on our platform.
- Relationship building with the Villagers in his designated Area/Tehsil.
- Make sure that every sellable cattle in his tehsil is onboarded on the platform.
- Relation building with all the relevant stakeholders like Cattle Traders, milk man etc.
- Ensuring 100% completion of targets.
- Daily market visit of his area.
- Maintaining Sanity & integrity in his work ( unethical work will lead into immediate termination).
- Ensuring every project is implemented in his District.
- Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Proactive in taking decisions & not afraid to try out of the box approaches.
