KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB :
- Responsible for overseeing and implementing the Online and Offline marketing strategy of the company as well as new product development using big data analytics.
- Be the Brand Custodian and advocate by ensuring that the brand is getting the required coverage and is being marketed well.
- Leading the entire marketing strategies of all the suite of products across various stake holders through various marketing ad branding activities. New Lead Generation and handling the complete PR & Communication.
- Driving the complete communication and engagement strategies and activities on the various platforms for the company.
- Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
- Identifying other areas of opportunity for the product to be commercialized and monetized
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
- Market and competition benchmarking.
KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES :
BRANDING AND MARKETING :
- Ideate and create hard hitting and relatable campaigns for various target segments for online, social, influencer and offline media and customers
- Spearhead participation and activations for global real estate, facility management, start up events/forum and startup centric events & conferences
- Implementing ATL/BTL activities and branding activities and developing multi-channel communication strategy to enhance the brand equity through various platforms and mediums
- Looking after design, copy, content and production of all marketing collateral as well as sales brochures, print advertisements, web banners/emails, etc.
- Defining and implementing the brand guidelines for the company and its suite of products
- Administering compliance to protocols during various activities like advertisement, promotion materials, etc.
DIGITAL AND SOCIAL PLATFORM :
- Defining the marking strategy based on business objectives and working closely with the Brand and Marketing agencies/ partners, to implement and achieve a multi-channel mix of marketing strategies across various modules, including planning, implementing and reporting
- Managing relationship and working closely on deliverables with digital agencies on digital and social to ensure that agreed strategies are delivered
- Plan, execute and overview all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
LEAD GENERATION :
- Generate new leads through various platforms and deliver ROI
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Influence customers to buy or retain product or services Assist the Client During the Decision Making Process
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result
- Work with Content Marketing freelancers to identify potential stories, platforms and distribution partners
PR & COMMUNICATION :
- To lead & manage all Corporate Communications & PR for the organization & assist communication for the company and the individual brands, and key management personals
- Boost the value of the corporate identity, lead Public Relations, external & internal communications for the company
- Execute all communication activities in a timely and efficient manner, manage budgets and complete delivery of the communication
- Strong in content development & English writing skills Plan multi, complex projects, foresee problems & take corrective actions
- Accountable for website up gradation with latest information, regular coordination and updates with of PR and all external agencies
ENGAGEMENT & ALLIANCES :
- Innovate ideas for various engagement activities and send mailers for the customers to increase brand value
- Work closely with the Operations team to drive the activities ensuring successful execution
- Create strategic engagement and alliances to enhance the business opportunities
- Conducting customer research analysis including conditions in current market in their niche
- Monitoring and preparing a report on all of the undertaken marketing activities and their impact
- Work on creating annual and quarterly marketing plans
- Internal analysis on campaign performance
- Analyzing MIS reports and Market segmentation analysis
