Lockated - Executive - Digital Marketing (2-3 yrs)

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB :

- You will be a fundamental part of an Indian Based Integrated Multi-product Prop Tech company, which is on its global expansion phase. You will have a vibrant team to work with, who are not exactly the employees of the organization, but the most integral part of the Lockated family.

- You will be overseeing and implementing the marketing strategies of the company & will be the Brand Custodian of the corporation and you will lead the Entire marketing & branding of Lockated and drive engagement strategies and activities on platforms for the client.

- You will be responsible for generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing, pricing, communications, advertising and public relations. Creating networks, strategic partnerships & competition benchmarking will be your work area.

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES :

BRANDING AND MARKETING :

- Ideate and create hard hitting and relatable campaigns for various target segments various media;

- Lead participation for global real estate events/forum and startup centric events & conferences;

- Developing multi-channel communication strategy to enhance the brand equity

DIGITAL AND SOCIAL PLATFORM :

- Work closely with various agencies to deliver a multi-channel mix of marketing strategies, including planning, implementing and reporting;

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;

- Identify target audiences, trends and insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

LEAD GENERATION :

- Generate new leads through various platforms and deliver ROI;

- Contact potential or existing customers and influence them to buy or retain product or services;

- Assist the client during the decision making process;

- Work with Content Marketing freelancers to identify potential stories, platforms and distribution partners

PR & COMMUNICTION :

- Lead & manage all Corporate Communications & PR for the organization & assist communication for individual brands;

- Boost the value of the corporate identity, Execute all communication activities efficiently, both internal & external;

- Plan multi, complex projects, foresee problems & take corrective actions;

- Accountable for website up gradation with latest information ®ular coordination with agencies.

OTHERS :

- Conduct customer research analysis including conditions in current market in their niche; Monitor and analyze performance of all of the undertaken marketing activities;

- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans;

- Market segmentation analysis

EXPERIENCES & SKILLS :

Industry Experience :

- 2-3 years with prior experience in the relevant field preferred.

- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation and PR

- Well versed with Integrated Marketing & Communication

- Experienced in brand & relationship building

Skills Required :

- Attention to detail and Comprehensive thinking and planning ability

- Strong in content development

- Creative thinking and strong research and structured thought process

- Exceptional written/verbal communication

- Ability to innovate and think out of the box
