Location Head/Regional Sales Manager who have already working with Distributors & OEM's

We are currently looking for an experienced, high-energy, Sales Manager to assist in growing our IT Security business. Working together with seasoned sales professionals, the team will seek to understand customer needs, develop solutions which exceeds their needs, articulate the solutions to support the customer throughout the purchasing and implementation process.

Candidates having experience in Tamil Nadu,Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Regions Preferred.

Essential Functions :

- Provide sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and partners in your defined territory. Strong experience in channel sales.

- Conduct compelling demonstrations of the IT Security products at customer locations, through webcasts, marketing events and trade shows.

- Support the customer in defining their requirements and understand customer's business drivers and promote new and innovative approaches.

- Support the customer and Sales teams in demonstrating the solution capabilities and identifying the correct parts list for quotations through collaborative exploration.

- Keep contact with the customer network / security architects and technical teams, building their capabilities and remove roadblocks for enterprise-wide rollouts of the technology.

- Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve any outstanding issues.

- Contribute to training of the local Sales team and channel partners.

- Participate in creating customer references, case studies and thought leadership pieces used for global marketing.

- Maintain an awareness of competitive offerings and strategies across the territory.

- Provide feedback from the field to Sales, Product Management and Engineering groups.

Qualifications/Skills :

- Significant proven experience as a Sales Manager, some of which is in firewalls or adjacent product categories.

- Demonstrated experience using consultative selling to understand the problem and working with the customer to identify a solution.

- Track record of successful demonstrations.

- Advanced understanding of inter networking, including new architectures, standards and solutions.

- Verbal and written communications skills to the level required for a dialogue from senior executives to engineers, in sales engagements, conference presentations or marketing events.

- Initiative taker, active and committed; capable of working independently.

- Travel within the sales territory is required; further international travel is required when necessary.

- Fluency in English.
