LoanTube - Telecaller/Sales Executive (2-6 yrs)
1) Candidate will be responsible for lead generation through outbound callings & coordinating with clients.
2) Greet website visitors & customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures & wordings.
3) Handling sales and service calls for UK based financial company
4) Understand customer requirements
5) Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
6) Directly responsible to generate the revenue
7) Help the customers to complete the user journey in order to receive the financial products.
8) Support customers across different Financial Products & Services.
9) Take multiple Inbound Calls of prospective business customers, qualify the leads and explain the type of service or product offered.
10) Take feedbacks & reviews from successful customers.
11) Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly sales & productivity targets
12) Proven experience in an international sales domain or other customer service/sales role.
13) Experience in handling calls & chat. Both inbound & Out Bound Sales Process
