LoanSimple - Territory Manager - Business Loan (3-13 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handing Unsecured Business Loan.
- Hiring of sales executives and managing them for generation of leads.
- Responsible for managing DSA channel for lead generation as well as providing time to time case process updates.
- Self-managing every business loan case from file login till disbursal.
- Developing strong coordination between every department in for smooth processing of cases.
- Coordinate with back- end team and credit team to complete the process within TAT.
- Regularly following all updated policies in order to tackle every case mitigates.
- Strong dedication towards achieving targets assigned to individual as well as DSAs', month by month as well as annually.
- Strong adherence towards all the policies, in terms of discipline, anti-fraud activities, code of conduct, etc.
- Strategic planning for achieving the revenue target.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years
- Experience in handling unsecured loan via DSA and sales executives is desirable.
- Preferably from a Bank/NBFC
- Analytical bend of mind & Strong judgmental attributes
- Aggressive towards achieving targets.
