DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business.
- Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM
Generate referral leads from existing customers
