- Team leadership qualities
- Graduation or any other educational factor should be complete
- Knowledge in terms of software and IT terms
- Developing Relationships with the clients
Responsibilities :
- Create closures on deals
- Guiding the sales representatives
- Being aware about the competitors and guiding the team accordingly
- Closing the generated leads
- Reaching out to the core needs of the clients and creating sales accordingly
- Negotiating on the pricing accordingly
