Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tracking & driving sales
- Analyzing primary/secondary sales data on a daily basis
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures and presenting weekly/monthly reviews to your Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, can analyze data
- Fresher with MBA from a reputed Business school
