- We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to lead and inspire our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Inside Sales, including at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, and be capable of managing a team of 6-10 members. Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 6-10 Inside Sales Executives.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure team members are aligned with the sales goals and targets.
- Assist team members in prospecting and engaging with clients.
- Provide coaching on effective communication and sales techniques.
- Monitor and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure team members are following best practices and meeting deadlines.
- Track team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve and exceed goals.
- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant training sessions.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Share market insights with the team to adapt sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech and Product, to align efforts and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5-10 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader for an Inside Sales operation.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
