Livpure Smart - Associate - Telesales (1-3 yrs)

Job brief:

- We are looking for enthusiastic and aggressive Telesales Representatives who are not hesitant to spend good amount of their time on phone calls, who could process leads and convert them into opportunities. Ideal candidate must have cold calling experience.

- As a part of sales team, you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and should have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. You will be working closely with various cross functional teams to ensure successful closure of the deal.

- Being the part of customer facing team, the goal is to contribute in company's growth by adding in sales number and simultaneously creating consumer delight.

Responsibilities :

- Offer customized solutions based on customer's needs

- Contact potential/ existing customers through inbound/outbound calls to inform them about products and services using scripts

- Answer queries about products or the company

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Go extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information

- Measure identified KPIs

- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements

- Handle grievances timely and in effective manner

Desired Skills :

- Problem solving and creative attitude

- 2-5 years of experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect

- Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of any regional language is definitely a plus.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

- Bachelor's degree is must; MBA will be a plus.
