Livpure Smart - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - eCommerce Vertical (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing the 3rd party online marketplace business i.e. Amazon, Flipkart, etc. for the brand.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling Vendor Panel & AMS on Amazon and PLA on Flipkart.
- Have worked on online cataloging of products (including A+ Plus listings, stores, keyword research, etc) & maintaining the product listings hygiene.
- Stay abreast of happenings on the marketplace platforms i.e. promotions, category sales, Prime Day sales, BBD, etc.
- Collecting data from the platforms e.g top selling products, competitor performance, etc.
- Establish, measure, and report on operational SLA- s, KPI- s, deliverables, and metrics.
- Responsible for marketplaces P&L and accountable for MOM sales growth.
- Communicate with key stakeholders & cross-functional teams to maintain and improve metrics along with overall customer experience/feedback for customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or similar.
- Extensive experience as an eCommerce Manager/Specialist.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Strong data, analytical, and communication skills are also required.
