Livpure Smart - Assistant Manager - Customer Engagement (3-4 yrs)
Job brief : We are looking for Customer Engagement Specialist who can conceptualize and execute effective engagement strategies and contribute in building a customer base. The ideal candidate should be well versed with various marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities:
- Much have at least 3 years of experience in driving customer acquisition through multi-channel communication e.g. Email, SMS, Push
- Should have understanding of customer engagement tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Webengage
- Identifying and executing the customer engagement strategy
- Developing with customer-facing programs to achieve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Increasing customer's engagement on web through different marketing channels i.e. Mobile Push, Mobile-In-app, SMS, Email, & Web-Push & Pop-up.
- Developing & automating customer journeys from On-boarding to exit phase.
- Should be able to conceptualize and plan campaigns based on Market requirements and seasonality.
- Leverage analytics, data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level
Desired candidate's profile:
- Proven track record with marketing automation tools and CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid grip on latest market trends.
- A people's person with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects.
- Startup/ Ecommerce experience is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities
- Graduate/ post graduate degree in engineering/ management from reputed institute.
