Livekeeping - Manager - Channel Partner (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key channel partners to drive business growth.

2. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of channel partner managers, providing guidance and support.

3. Direct efforts in business planning across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.

4. Negotiate and finalize service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

5. Analyze market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and cross-business segment potential for effective channel expansion.

7. Evaluate channel performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI.

8. Oversee financial aspects, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost analysis for channel operations.

9. Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and identify upselling opportunities, leveraging channel capabilities.

10. Prepare and present comprehensive reports at board meetings, audit committee meetings, and risk review meetings.

11. Continuously monitor and evaluate goals, identifying opportunities for improvement in channel sales and operations.

Requirements :

Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in channel management, business development, or related roles.

Strategic Thinker : Strong strategic thinking with the ability to articulate and implement effective business strategies.

Financial Acumen : In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Communication Skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Analytical Mindset : Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Networking : Strong networking skills, capable of building and maintaining fruitful partnerships.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
