JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients/ dealers, new partnership etc.

Must Have Travelling Experience in North India

- Creating effective strategies to successfully reach to new business opportunities.

- Building relationships with new clients/dealers, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, support the business in 100% customer satisfaction.

- Develop new markets and help the organization in expansion of the business at different location at Pan India.

- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with our furniture industry partners and stay up to date with new recliners market trends.

- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them and hit the sales target within deadlines.

- Able to Manage and training a business development team if required as per the business.

SKILL REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to do multitask.

- A strategic and creative sales mind with strong leadership skills.

- Customer service skills, technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client's requirements along with solid selling skills.

- Personality: A motivating, self-starter and go getter.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Target oriented, ability to think put of the box, and to bring new ideas and initiatives at workplace.
