L - Product Manager - NBFC

We're an accomplished team of technology, finance, and business geeks who believe consumer lending can be radically improved and are doing something about it.

As a Product Manager on the Lifecycle team, you'll report to the Tech Head and join a team that focuses on owning and solving for the Supply, Demand and Operations teams to solve and define their problems.

You'll develop an understanding of our users - problems, partner with design and user research to create solutions that address them with deep empathy, and work with engineering and digital marketing to bring them to life.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Set product strategy based on user research, business analysis, and Liquiloan's core competencies

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

- Be an expert with respect to the competition

- Perform product demos to customers

- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings

- Act as a leader within the company

Ideal background and expertise :

- 3+ years of experience at leading technology companies in Product Management, Growth, or other roles bridging business and technology

- Deep analytical capabilities - dive in to find insights, even (especially) in messy or incomplete data

- Grittiness - you'll dive in and tackle our biggest growth challenges hands-on

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance; MBA preferred

- Financial services, Fintech, or lending familiarity is a plus

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent teamwork skills
