Job Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced, goal oriented Sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will proactively build a pipeline of opportunities that provide for new customer relationships. You will be responsible for creating a client database to grow new business.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for acquiring Direct clients in US market

2. Adept at Mining and Mapping the companies in the SME Segment whilst building a contact database that can be leveraged to get into new partnerships.

3. Experience in development, execution, and evaluation of effective sales strategies.

4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

5. Arrange calls/meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

Must Have :

1. Experience in generating new business for IT services with US/EU/ International Market.

2. 3+ Years of experience as a business development manager, business development executive or a relevant role in the US/International Market.

3. Successfully executed email campaigns including designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

4. Expert in lead generation via LinkedIn and social media, add posting, forms, classified and social media.

5. Prior history of generating DIRECT client leads and handling enterprise accounts
