Role Description :


- The LinkedIn Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through the effective use of the LinkedIn platform. The specialist will leverage LinkedIn's tools and features to identify and engage with potential clients, establish credibility, and ultimately convert leads into customers. The role involves a combination of relationship-building, digital marketing, and sales techniques.

Job Description :


- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels

- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach clients through targeted channels

- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs

- Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.

- Understand the client's business, priorities and leadership agenda.

- Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client.

- Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovation agenda.

- Deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand and supply side.

- Blend of digital commerce, marketing and customer support experience.

- Proficiency in using sales navigator

- Ability to be open to various perspectives, provide recommendations, and comfortable defending position with senior leaders.

Job Requirements :


- Utilize LinkedIn's advanced search and lead generation tools to identify and connect with potential clients or customers in target industries and markets.

- Build and nurture a strong network of connections, including decision-makers and influencers within relevant industries.

- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with leads through personalized messages, connection requests, and engagement with their content.

- Share relevant and engaging content, including articles, industry insights, and company updates, to establish authority and credibility within the target audience.

- Develop and maintain relationships with leads, understanding their needs and challenges, and positioning the company's products or services as solutions.

- Present the features and benefits of the company's offerings to potential clients, tailoring the message to their specific needs.

- Craft compelling sales pitches that address the pain points of potential clients and highlight the unique value proposition of the company's products or services.

- Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system or other sales management tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the sales funnel.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Education & Experience Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices.

- Ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections.

- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
