- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in the IT industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This position requires a strong understanding of the IT industry and excellent communication.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities within the IT industry.

2. Identify customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking activities.

4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure new business.

5. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to the management team.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements :

1. Freshers with IT background and good communication skills can also apply.

2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3. 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.

4. Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including software solutions, cloud services, and emerging technologies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

6. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

7. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales.

8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
