Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders.

- Understanding the customer's requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from the LINCODE platform.

- Delivering sales pitches to potential customers.

- Conduct pre-sales demonstrations of LINCODE products to the customers.

- Conceptualization of the systems, discussion with the back-end team and providing optimized solutions to the customer

- Work closely with Channel Sales Partners and System Integration (SI) partners for generating new sales and maintaining existing business

- Develop key accounts and maintain a healthy business relationship with Key Accounts.

- Prepare client quotations and follow up on all the processes pertaining to the sales cycle.

- Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.

- Maintaining updated CRM (HubSpot).

- Liaise with inside sales, program management, and delivery teams for successful conversion and deployment of LINCODE products.

- Provide training and produce support material to the Channel Partners and SI partners.

- Representing LINCODE at events, conferences, workshops, and meetups.

Skills & Requirements :

- Passion for sales and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to identify and follow up on leads.

- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.

- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.

- Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.

- Sound judgment and good business sense.

- A technical background with at least 2-3 years of experience in Technical sales of automation products / machine vision products is an added advantage.

- Sound knowledge of Automotive / Electronics / Aerospace markets.

- Working skills in MS Office and Google Workspace Services.

- Readiness to travel to customer locations as and when required (within the geographical region).

- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent / relevant education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.
