Job Description :

We are looking for a talented manager in Digital Marketing to join our team. This role will be a critical role in setting up the complete digital marketing strategy and bringing about the required digital transformation for the organization. You will work with our business team and partner with them to improve stakeholder engagement. You should have good experience in digital marketing with project management and a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools could add value to business strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth by creating and maintaining a long-term vision and strategy in focus.

Duties : 

- Formulate and direct the overall digital marketing strategy for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.

- Drive impact on revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns

- Manage a gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google ad-words/ Display/ Remarketing/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ Content marketing/ Email marketing/ SMS marketing/ WhatsApp marketing/ Influencer marketing/ building communities) including campaign management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data driven strategies, etc.

- Expertise and significant experience in digital marketing management

- Accelerating customer acquisition, improving customer retention, and optimizing the user funnel.

- Drive end-to-end user lifecycle journey through various acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

- Drive new product development for user interactions.

- Strategise & plan to build community on interest groups.

- Monitoring & developing digital marketing strategy of the corporate portfolio.

- Conceptualizing & implementing various online media platform trends and adopting them.
