Role Description
LifeWall is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and sales, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies. This is an on-site role.

Roles and Responsibility
- Handling inbound customer inquiries.
- Pre-qualifying inquiries.
- Scheduling client appointments at our experience center.
- Following up with customers to close orders.
- Processing order closure documents and coordinating.
- Coordinating with the design team for order closure.
Qualifications :
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in creating and delivering training program
- Sales Management skills, including team management and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the home decor industry is a plus
