Our team consists of professional designers, engineers, and installers who work together to design and execute these transformations.
Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Manager of Customer Success at LifeWall in New Delhi.
- As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for customer retention.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
Qualifications :
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in account management
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in the outdoor design or landscaping industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
