Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Customer Relations Executive.
- As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and communicating with clients via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. You will play a key role in the growth and success of the company by driving sales revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling new inquiries received from all channels.
- Convince them to book site visits and design fees.
- Achieving the targets of the company.
- Take follow-up from clients.
- Generating Leads on CRM
- Assist the sales department whenever required.
