We are an early-stage startup with a small but committed team and are simultaneously in the process of adding like-minded people with entrepreneurship streaks and leadership traits.

Role - Business development manager

Growth path - This position will create a team by December 2021 under him/her and will be managing Mumbai and Pune Markets and will be elevated to Area Manager-Business Development if meets the performance criteria and drives the required growth successfully.

Deliverables : 

- He/She will identify, develop, and execute new partnership opportunities across the Real Estate (High end, upscale housing societies /apartments and amongst prestigious real estate developers.

- He/She will be Partnering with senior commercial estate leadership like corporate parks, facility management players, Mall/Hypermarket management/leadership.

- Leads Business Development activities, including identifying, pursuing, and securing potential partners, deal structuring and defining agreements, execution, and delivery.

- Manages contract development, execution, performance and budget for business development programs and initiatives, in the successful pursuit of corporate/Housing society relationships; Closes new business through coordination of requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Develops and implements negotiation strategies and positions that lead to achieving expansion goals, revenue targets, and favorable terms for the company; Evaluates and studies integration of LifeUno center with Company strategies and operations.

- Develops, builds, and grows BD pipeline, ultimately meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; consistently meet or exceeds KPIs and metrics.

- Successfully tracks, reports, and presents, business development metrics; develops data-driven plans for improvement to ensure alignment to the business plan.

- Develops partnerships proactively, through both traditional (networking, cold calling, direct mail, etc.) and innovative methods (strategic marketing and partnerships, leveraging market research and data analysis, etc.).

- Ensures successful implementation, onboarding, and transition of new accounts, following up with both existing customers and prospects to determine compatibility and customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues, and seek new opportunities.

- Identifies and proposes new opportunity areas, or lines of business, based on market analysis.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of business development experience, with 3-5 years of experience closing partner accounts. Proven track record of business development and partnership sales in B2B environments

- Proven track record of achievement, meeting and exceeding targets and metrics; Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with senior management.

- Process-oriented and metrics-driven mindset, as it relates to success and achievement

- Flexibility, and the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture; comfortable operating in a limited-resource environment, with a high degree of autonomy

- Must be willing and able to travel within the region of Mumbai-Pune, to meet with prospective and current customers; available to work extended hours when required to complete the task in the hands on time

CTC - Upto INR 9, 00,000 Per annum + Incentives
