Life Insurance Advisor - Sales (2-15 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Represent esteemed Life Insurance Company and its Products to all customers.
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Be a Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
- Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms - Policies & processes.
Exp : 2 to 3+ Years

Requirements:
1. Aggressive go-getter
2. High Energy levels
3. Previous Direct Sales experience preferred Financial products
4. Good Communication skills (English & Local language)
5. Strong Customer Orientation
6. Familiar with basic working on Computers/ MS Word/ MS XL.
7. Bike is Mandatory
