Position: Customer Support Sales Coordinator (Hindi Speaking)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary : 16,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in related field
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Hindi and English.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements :
- Fluent in Hindi and English (speaking Mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or sales coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM software.
